Click & Collect – Free In-Store Collection

You can choose to collect your order for free from our shop:

Ready for collection: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
Opening hours: 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

Delivery Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, courier delays, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, a card may be left with further instructions.

Missed Deliveries & Returns

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect delivery information, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
