What types of products do you offer?

At Roots2Riches, we specialise in high-quality hydroponic gardening products. Our range includes essential items like grow tents, lighting, nutrients, growing media, fans and ventilation, and much more. Whether you're just starting out or scaling up, we've got you covered.

What grow tent size do I need?

The right size depends on how many plants you want to grow and the space you have available. As a general guide:

  • 60x60cm: Ideal for 1-2 plants or a small propagation setup
  • 80x80cm: Great for 2-4 plants, a popular choice for beginners
  • 120x120cm: Suits 4-9 plants and is one of our most popular sizes
  • 240x120cm: Perfect for larger grows or more experienced cultivators

Do you offer advice for beginners?

Absolutely! We love helping new growers get started. Our team is happy to walk you through everything from choosing your first grow tent to setting up your lighting and nutrients. You can visit us in store at Unit 24, Emerald Way, Stoke-on-Trent (Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm), browse our beginner guides online, or get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

What nutrients do I need for hydroponics?

At a minimum, you'll need a base nutrient that covers the key macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium). Many growers also use additives to support root development, flowering, and overall plant health. The right nutrients depend on your growing medium and the stage your plants are at. Our team can recommend a nutrient schedule tailored to your setup.

What's the difference between soil and hydroponic growing?

In traditional soil growing, plants draw nutrients from the soil. In hydroponics, nutrients are delivered directly to the roots via water, which means plants can grow faster and more efficiently. Hydroponic systems give you greater control over your grow environment, making it easier to optimise results once you get the hang of it.

Do you offer any guarantees on your products?

What shipping options do you provide?

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Once you place your order, you'll be able to choose from standard or expedited shipping at checkout. We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible!

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes! We offer free in-store collection from our Stoke-on-Trent shop. Simply select In-Store Collection at checkout and we'll have your order ready for you. Visit us at Unit 24, Emerald Way, ST15 0SR, Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package until it arrives.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on domestic shipping within the UK. However, we are exploring options for international shipping in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the damage. Email us at sales@roots2riches.com or call 01785 556355 and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
