Who it's not for:

Incompatible with chlorinated or chloraminated tap water — chlorine kills microbes instantly. Always use RO water, dechlorinated water, or let tap water stand 24 hours before adding Tarantula. Not compatible with H₂O₂ (hydrogen peroxide) reservoirs either; H₂O₂ will wipe out the microbes you just paid for.
