Who it's not for:

This is a serious system — needs the space for 24 pots plus a tank, and ideally a dedicated room or large tent (2 x 3m+). For small setups, the 4-pot or 6-pot AutoPot kits are better scaled. Works best with coco or soil media; less ideal for pure hydroponic media like clay pebbles. Reservoir needs to sit above pot level for the gravity feed to work properly.
