The Pulse is Bluelab's newer meter for growers who want one device to measure everything that matters directly in the root zone — moisture, nutrient strength (as conductivity) and temperature — without leaching, slurries, or pore-water extraction. Syncs to your phone via the Pulse app for automatic data logging.

Who it's not for:

This is not a replacement for pH measurement — for pH you still need a Bluelab pH pen or the Multimedia pH Meter. If you're running pure hydroponics (DWC, NFT) where everything happens in the reservoir, a Bluelab Combo Meter is better value. The Pulse is specifically for media-based grows where you can't easily measure the root-zone water.
