The 5ml capacity covers small precise doses where measuring jugs aren't accurate enough. Essential kit for measuring small additive doses (PK boosters, root stims, pH adjusters) where being a few millilitres off makes a real difference.

Who it's not for:

For larger volumes (10ml+), use bigger pipettes or measuring jugs. For very small precise micro-doses (under 1ml), use micropipettes or 1ml syringes. Plastic pipettes are disposable — for repeated use, glass laboratory pipettes are more durable but more expensive. Dedicate separate pipettes to different product types — pesticide residue in nutrient pipettes will damage plants. Label clearly which is which.
