If you're in a soft-water area (parts of Wales or Scotland) with naturally low-PPM tap water, the added cost of RO+DI may not be justified — a simpler filter will do. Also note: RO produces waste water (roughly 3-4L waste per 1L clean), so plan for the drain connection. Replacement membranes and DI resin are consumables — we stock both.
