Who it's not for:

For actively-curing harvests (first 2-4 weeks after drying), vacuum-sealed storage traps too much moisture and prevents proper curing — use mason jars or breathable storage during the curing window. Not compatible with fresh or wet material; dry thoroughly before vacuum-sealing. Very dry cured material can break up under vacuum pressure; partial-vacuum settings work better than full.
